Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino is calling on his players to be more ruthless in the relegation run-in.
The Argentine has won only twice in eight matches since he took charge, but they were impressive 3-1 wins against Manchester City and, last time out, Liverpool.
Pochettino said: "We had a chance to win in every game, like we did against Everton and Wigan. Against Manchester City and Liverpool we were a lot more effective in front of goal. We lacked that kind of effectiveness against the smaller sides."
