Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino says he was proud of his side's performance in their 1-1 draw with Arsenal on Sunday.
The North London Derby was Spurs' third fixture in six days and Pochettino was pleased with the manner in which is side acquitted themselves during the contest.
"We should have won but I feel very proud. I thought it was brilliant. We played very well," Pochettino told Sky Sports.
"It was only that we needed to kill the game because in the second half we were 1-0 up and we had chances to score again.
"But in the end, I have to congratulate my players because we played three games in six days. We have always one day less for recovery, but it was brilliant.
"We showed great character and the way we want to play in a difficult place, against a very good team. I am very happy with the effort of my players."
