Lucas Moura believes the management of Mauricio Pochettino is a big reason for his newfound success at the club.

Moura arrived from Paris Saint-Germain in January, but failed to make a big impact last season.

Now he is thriving, having set the Premier League alight in the first three games.

And he credits his manager and the coaching staff with giving him the advice he needed to integrate with the team.

"The coach is very important for me because I talk to him all the time, and even with Jesus [Perez], his assistant," Moura said to Sky Sports.

"They have helped me a lot. It is important to understand what they want from me and do my best.

"I know that I have quality - that is why I am here so I need to believe and try to do what the coach wants."
