Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino was left disappointed with their 3-2 defeat at Liverpool.

Pochettino was understandably frustrated his side were on the losing side of an entertaining, nip-and-tuck encounter.

But the Argentinian is keen to move on quickly from the setback with his side also in the hunt for a top-four finish.

"(I'm) disappointed with the result because I think it was a game (where) we deserved one point," he said.

"I think it was a great game, we played well to try and win the three points, but this is football and we're disappointed with the result.

"But we need to accept that football is like this, we played for the three points. I'm proud for the efforts but we need to look forward."
