Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino aims to speak with Dele Alli after the youngster appeared to kick out an opponent in the Europa League clash against Fiorentina.
This is the second incident of misbehaviour the 19-year-old has been involved in the recent past. He was also accused of stamping on Yohan Cabaye by Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew following the Premier League meeting last month.
The Argentine wants to teach the former MK Dons youngster the mannerisms of top flight football after he escaped a possible red card for stomping on Fiorentina's Nenad Tomovic in the first half.
"We need to look at the video and try to teach him," he said.
"He is a young player and he has a lot to learn about elite football. It is his first season in the Premier League at Tottenham.
"He came from League One, he needs to learn a lot, still learn. But I didn't see (the incident). Some people say 'yes', say 'no', so I don't know."
