Released Southampton fullback Ryan Dickson is trialling with Plymouth Argyle.

The left back barely got a look in at St Mary's and is now a free agent after being released following the end of his contract.

Dickson has already had a spell playing for Plymouth and is currently on trial with the club, says the Daily Echo.
