Liam Dickinson has left Plymouth just days after agreeing a contract with the League Two club. The 25-year-old has cited personal reasons for his departure, which comes only a week after linking up with Argyle following his release by Barnsley.
"Regrettably, we have agreed to a request from Liam to be released," acting chairman Peter Ridsdale told the club's official website. "We fully understand the reasons why.
"Liam has been a thorough professional in the short time he has been with us, and we hope that things will work out for him."
