Fulham have not made a bid for teenage goalkeeper Christian Walton, claims Plymouth Argyle boss Carl Fletcher. It has been reported that Fulham are ready to spend £300,000 on the 16-year-old, who not played a first-team game.
"From our point of view we've got some good youngsters," Fletcher said.
"And from my point of view we want to keep them here and progress them through, and they can play lots of games for Argyle, and then we can sell them for massive money."
However Fletcher conceded that if the price was right the League Two club would have to let Walton go.
"At the end of the day if someone's prepared to pay good money for a player, any player, whoever it may be, the club as a business has to look at that and you can't turn it down," he told BBC Radio Devon.
"He's a good prospect and we'd like him here to play some games and play for the first team in years to come, but at the end of the day every player has his price."
