Plenty of interest in exiting Fulham star Schwarzer

Mark Schwarzer claims there is plenty of interest in his services.

The 40-year old goalkeeper has not been offered a new contract by Fulham, ending a five-year tenure with the Southwest London club, but says he is not short of admirers as he gets set to contemplate his next move after Australia's final World Cup qualifier against Iraq in Sydney on Tuesday.

"There's been quite a few enquiries and one or two offers. I can't do anything until I get back until post game in Sydney against Iraq,'' Schwarzer said.

"There's no reason to make any decisions about my future until post Socceroos commitments and by then I think things will be a clearer in a lot of ways.

"Then I can sit down and potentially make a decision. There's no rush, it's an important decision to make, in particular if we qualify for Brazil.

"It's a huge decision to make because, playing and being ready and hopefully being up for selection at the World Cup.''

Premier League newcomers Hull City are believed to be considerably interested in landing Schwarzer on a free contract.
