Players urge Deportivo La Coruna to deal in Piscu

Deportivo La Coruna's players are urging the club to hand defender Adrian 'Piscu' Lopez a pro contract.

The youngster is the lowest paid player in the Primera Liga and won't qualify for a pro deal until he completes 15 Liga games.

However, Depor's senior players say enough is enough and Piscu deserves a deal.

"Piscu is a Primera Liga player," said Fabricio Coloccini.

Manuel Pablo also said: "The president must know there are many teams following Piscu. He is a player who we need to see signed because he is someone who will be very important for the future of this club."

Spain U21 international Piscu's current deal expires at the end of this season.
