Villarreal midfielder Borja Valero was once signed by Real Madrid for a set of match balls!
The former West Bromwich Albion midfield schemer joined Real as a 11 year-old from his local club, Villa Rosa.
The transfer fee for the deal was 20 match balls and 20 pairs of boots.
Valero made one appearance for Real in the Copa del Rey before moving on.
