UEFA president Michel Platini has slammed Fabio Capello for taking charge of the England team.
Capello has transformed England into World Cup contenders, but has still left Platini unimpressed.
Platini explained how he would like national teams to be coached by a fellow countryman, singling out Capello for criticism.
"It's up to the national association. After the elimination of England [from Euro 2008 qualifying], they bring in Capello and have success," Platini said.
"Capello is a good manager. It depends on the depth of crisis, but I prefer a French Coach for the French national team."
