UEFA president Michel Platini believes former club Juventus can still haul in Serie A leaders AC Milan. Platini also denies claims that Serie A is in decline.
"Juventus is still mathematically in the race for the Scudetto. The league is very open, even if the points difference from Milan are nine, and the formation of (Massimiliano) Allegri is going very well," said Platini.
"The championship is not in decline and I do not believe this, the league has its own characteristics, its way of being, as well as other leagues that have other strengths, but also other problems."
