UEFA president Michel Platini was delighted to see Juventus defeat Real Madrid last night.

Platini took his seat with Juve president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli and Real Madrid's Ramon Calderon.

"It was a beautiful game," said the Juve legend. "The most beautiful memory is the first goal from (Alessandro) Del Piero, it was beautiful."
