Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic concedes they keep losing focus after their stunning Champions League win over Bayer Leverkusen.

A late Pjanic penalty proved decisive for the 3-2 victory.

“I think tonight we should've once again killed off the game earlier. We had so many counter-attacks we should've dealt with better," the Bosnian told Mediaset Premium.

“In the end we got the three points, a very important result. We absolutely had to win and we did. We're not qualified yet, but we are in front of Bayer Leverkusen.

“We always seem to lack concentration once we go into the lead and that's something we must improve on. These are three fundamental points for us.

“Now we go into the derby with Lazio and we hope to win that too."
