David Pizarro is happy to be back with AS Roma after his loan spell at Manchester City.

The Chilean midfielder spent the last six months on loan under Roberto Mancini's orders, where he won the Premier League title.

"I will return to Roma," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I am happy to come back to the Giallorossi to end my playing career. I still have a year left on my contract and the loan to City was just a six-month deal.

"My wife and I want our third child to be born in Rome, so we won't be moving again."
