Robert Pires says Villarreal are capable of defeating any team in the Liga after their superb victory over Valencia on Saturday night.

Villarreal have Barcelona and Real Madrid as their next two opponents and Pires says: "We will continue with our style against all opponents and we have no fear of anyone. We win, draw or lose, but we will try to impose ourselves, as we have done against Valencia, maintaining our philosophy.

"We feel better, more powerful than any of our opponents."
