Arsenal legend Robert Pires is delighted for Olivier Giroud over his sudden scoring surge.

He believes Giroud will now keep scoring for Arsenal after four goals in this last two games.

Pires told the Daily Star: "The people needed to give Olivier time. I know he is a good player.

"It is very difficult to adapt from French football. Olivier will now keep scoring, I am sure of it."
