Arsenal hero Robert Pires says Thierry Henry would be Arsene Wenger's ideal successor.

Pires says Henry understands the culture at Arsenal.

"Who is the perfect replacement? Thierry Henry?" Pires said. "He understands football and Arsenal."

Henry is set to take his UEFA coaching courses in Wales in the coming weeks.
