Barcelona have received a boost ahead of their Champions League clash with Celtic on Wednesday with news that Gerard Pique is set to return.
The Spanish centre-back has not played for the Catalan giants since injuring his foot against Spartak Moscow on September 19 but is one the verge of a comeback after being selected in Tito Vilanova's squad for the Parkhead fixture.
Barcelona currently have captain Carles Puyol, Adriano, Thiago Alcantara and Sergio Busquets all unavailable so the return of Pique will be a timely boost as they look to remain at the top of the Group G table.
