Steven Pienaar admits he was drawn to Tottenham over their style of play under manager Harry Redknapp.

The former Everton midfielder chose Spurs over Chelsea.

"The kind of football we are playing is what I like," he said.

"It is football that has you on the edge of your seat. But I am here to fight for my place and if I am not in the team, I will work harder."
