Piacenza midfielder Radja Nainggolan is joining Cagliari in a swap for Mikhail Sivakov.

The Sardinians completed the transfer this afternoon and made the official announcement.

Nainggolan has arrived on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season and had been at Piacenza since 2005.

The 21-year-old Belgian international was born in Antwerp, but owes his unusual name to an Indonesian father.

In return, Piacenza have received 21-year-old Belarus midfielder Sivakov on loan for six months.
