Philadelphia Union striker Carlos Ruiz is continuing to be linked with a shift to Mexico.
The 31-year old Guatemalan international has already been linked with a return to Puebla FC but more recently has attracted the interest of Veracruz.
However, Ruiz said last week that he 'had not been contacted by any Mexican clubs yet' whilst Union boss Peter Nowak has stated that he does not want his main attacker to go anywhere.
Ruiz has scored five goals in 13 appearances so far this season and the club would be loathe to lose him this summer.
