Philadelphia Union forward Carlos Ruiz is again being linked with a move to Mexico.
According to the Brotherly Game, the Guatemala international is on the shortlist of Mexican second division club Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz.
It is an interesting article considering Ruiz rejected a move to Puebla recently and the fact that the Union would be loathe to let him go anywhere, but nonetheless, the rumour is there.
