Philadelphia Union announce friendly against Spanish giants Valencia

Philadelphia Union have announced a friendly with be played against Spanish giants Valencia later this year.

Union announced the game Wednesday, saying the date had not been finalized.

Valencia is in third place in the Spanish league, 18 points behind Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Barring a players' strike, the Union open the MLS season March 25 at Seattle and play their home opener April 10 against D.C. United.
