Hull City boss Mike Phelan is battling to fill out his backroom team.
The Daily Mail says Phelan is working with by far the smallest back-room staff in the Premier League.
It is effectively him and newly appointed assistant Neil McDonald, former aide of Sam Allardyce, following the recent departure of six coaches.
Phelan doesn't even have a goalkeeping coach — after Gary Walsh left to join former Hull boss Steve Bruce at Aston Villa — nor a reserve team boss.
Phelan is hoping to recruit former Manchester United coach Tony Coton to replace Walsh.
