Stiliyan Petrov admits he must improve his scoring record at Aston Villa.

"We have plenty of players in the team who are capable of scoring - people like Gabby, Ashley, Emile, John and James," he said.

"I feel I can bring other things to the team. But I would love to score more and I'm a bit surprised I haven't got more.

"I scored 63 for Celtic and it would be great to get more here."
