Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech says no-one inside the locker room are getting ahead of themselves.

Cech insisted Chelsea must take the pursuit of glory one step at a time.

"I like the way we approach each game. We want to win every game and then you see what you win.

"You cannot say, 'We leave this competition, we chase this competition' because in that one you pick you have one unlucky game and you have nothing.

"So you can't treat competitions like that. We progressed in the Champions League, our aim, and we've progressed in the League Cup. We are top of the league, so far we are doing well."
