Vladimir Petkovic was delighted to return to winning ways as his Lazio defeated Siena 2-1.

It snapped a two game losing streak for the Romans.

"I am happy that we won and the team reacted well. We're still not 100 per cent, but did well enough to win this game without too much of a struggle," said the Coach.

"We played some good football and created many chances, so it's a shame we dropped the clean sheet right at the end.

"Gianluca Pegolo should've been sent off and I don't want to cause controversy, but it would've made things easier for us."
