Peterborough whiz Leonardo aims to prove himself against Chelsea

Peterborough are demanding £10 million for Leonardo da Silva Lopes.

The Daily Express says several top clubs have been eyeing the 18-year-old Portuguese-born whiz kid, whose eye-catching skills have been likened to the legendary George Best at his best since breaking into the first team this season.

Lopes will play for Peterborough at Chelsea this afternoon in an FA Cup third round tie that will showcase the wonder boy to a worldwide TV audience.

Posh coach Director Of Football Barry Fry, who revealed that the club have applied for a UK passport for the youngster, said : "He's an unbelievable talent, the best player I've seen since Bestie. And everybody wants him."
