Peterborough United chief Barry Fry denies manager Darren Ferguson is set to move to Hull City.

Reports over the weekend linked Ferguson with a move away, with some reports claiming he was set to quit after Posh's less-than-inspiring start to the season, while further speculation claimed he was being lined up by Hull.

"Several journalists have asked me about Darren going to Hull which is also nonsense as far as I'm concerned," said Fry.

"I spoke to Darren on Sunday and obviously he is down because of the results, but he is very confident that things will turn around."
