David Oldfield is in talks about joining the West Bromwich Albion coaching staff.
Peterborough United confirmed that Oldfield has left his post at London Road and, if an agreement is reached, he will be appointed as Albion's reserve/development coach.
WBA say his main role will be to take charge of the club's young pros on a daily basis and focus on their development, with a view to helping them bridge the gap between youth- and first-team football.
