Peterborough boss Jim Gannon has distanced himself from speculation linking him with the Oldham job. The Latics are struggling under current boss Dave Penney and are just two points above the League One drop zone.
"I've not asked anyone to do any work on my behalf," Gannon told the Peterborough Evening Telegraph.
"Out of fairness to my family I plan to concentrate on the job here and then take some time off in the summer before seeing what comes up.
"Dave Penney has done a good job up there in difficult circumstances and it is wrong to even consider his position while he is still working there."
