Pescara reveal Napoli talks over Insigne, Verratti

Pescara president Daniele Sebastiani has revealed transfer talks with Napoli.

The Serie A new boys want to re-sign Napoli striker Lorenzo Insigne, while the Azzurri are interested in Marco Verratti.

"Myself and [Napoli President Aurelio] De Laurentiis have spoken over the phone," Sebastiani confirmed to Marte Sport Live.

"We want to do certain things and we hope to achieve them. Maybe in the next few days we can meet.

"We have some players that could go to Napoli, the same goes for the other way around. We want a relationship with the Azzurri, this understanding with De Laurentiis is very interesting.

"Our goal is to keep Verratti and Capuano for another year in Pescara - it would have to be a guarantee for any team that might buy them. They could work in a place that has less pressure. The same goes for Insigne."
