Pescara appeal transfer for Fulham's Kasami

Pescara president Daniele Sebastiani says they're appealing to sign Fulham winger Patjim Kasami.

Pescara had agreed a deal with Fulham for midfielder Kasami, but the move did not go through before the 19.00 local time deadline.

"It is only right that this transfer goes through," President Sebastiani told TMW.

"Fulham sent us all the documentation at 18.40, then there were some technical problems, as the elevator got stuck and the Internet connection went down. We didn't negotiate anything after the deadline and I don't see why Pescara should pay the price for these problems.

"I hope the Lega Serie A will accept our appeal, as there is everything needed for the lad to join us."
