Former Lazio goalkeeper Angelo Peruzzi admits he's had contact about returning to the club.

The 39-year-old retired three years ago and is now part of Marcello Lippi's technical staff.

Peruzzi said: "Yes, there was a meeting and the proposal was to return to Lazio as a director.

"I told them that for now I only have the World Cup in South Africa in my head. After that we'll see.

"It's an open discussion, but for me right now there is only Italy."
