Perth Glory and Wellington Phoenix will both face misconduct charges following the melee in the Round 24 clash on Friday night.
The incident occurred in the 69th minute of the ME Bank Stadium encounter which the Glory won 2-0.
Central Coast Mariners and Gold Coast United will face the same charges after having a fracas of their own during their clash at Bluetongue Stadium also on Friday night which ended 1-1.
Adelaide United has also received notices alleging team misconduct for having five or more players cautioned during a match. They had seven in their 2-0 loss to Melbourne Victory at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night.
All five clubs have until Thursday, January 28 to respond to the allegations.
