Perth found themselves a goal down seven minutes after the break when defender Luke DeVere floated forward and finished from close range to give the visitors a handylead.
The Glory pressed hard for an equaliser and finally got their reward through veteran Jamie Harnwell who slotted home in the 78th minute after some good lead up play.
The home side were pushing hard for a winner late in the piece and almost came close when Todd Howarth's effort was thwarted by Roar keeper Griffin McMaster.
The draw kept the Glory in fifth place on the table whilst the Roar stayed in eighth.
