Perth Glory boss Dave Mitchell accepts Nikita Rukavytsya is set to join FC Twente before the January market closes. "He's in the squad but I'm pretty sure something will be thrashed out in the next day or so. I think something will come through," Mitchell said.

Rukavytsya is set to join former England boss Steve McClaren at Twente and added: "The trial was good and I felt like I fit into training and the squad really well.

"It is a great club and if I get an opportunity to play there I'd be very happy but now it's just a matter of waiting to see what happens."

Meanwhile, Eugene Dadi has joined Swiss club FC Vaduz.
