Perth Glory coach Dave Mitchell thinks the A-League should introduce video replays to assist with decisions during matches. In what would be a world first, Mitchell is calling on the Football Federation of Australia to include a video referee at all A-League fixtures. The proposed move comes after his side was dealt a harsh blow that cost them a point against Adelaide on the weekend due to a controversial penalty call. "At normal speed it can be hard to be sure if it is inside or out of the box. If you can call upstairs and get help on the decision then it will be a more educated outcome," Mitchell said. "It's used in other codes and I don't think it would hurt to take a look at it in football. "Why don't we try it in one league around the world at least and see if it could be a benefit?"
