Diego Perotti has signed a new six-year contract with Sevilla.

The Argentine winger has been a target for Manchester City and Arsenal, but has extended his deal now to 2015 with a buyout clause of £40 million.

Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido announced to shareholders yesterday: "We renew the contract of our star, who we will sell only if a compelling offer arrives."
