AS Roma midfielder Simone Perotta has enjoyed his first week of training under new coach Luis Enrique.
Roma started pre-season training with radically changed methods, habits and tactics under the Spanish boss.
"The Coach is a very positive character and has a different way of both training and playing," Perrotta told Roma Channel.
"He uses the Spanish system with a lot of possession, which can seem boring at times, but in the end is very productive.
"On a personal level he's a wonderful man and a great communicator. He reminds me of Luciano Spalletti in the way he approaches the team and every individual player.
"It's not easy to remember the name of every single player, including those in the youth team, so he shows great humility in focusing on these details."
