The 2-0 friendly win over Scottish club Dundee on Tuesday saw Everton field a remarkable seven graduates from the Academy.
Manager Roberto Martinez was left delighted with the performances of his youngsters against the Dark Blues as Matthew Pennington and Antonee Robinson made their first-team debuts for the club.
"I was also pleased to see the large amount of youngsters that we had on the pitch," he said. "To see them expressing themselves and showing how they can help the first team was exciting.
"The Dundee game was great for the fans to be able to see them and it is always different to see how a young player adapts into the first team.
"We have seen the youngsters behind the scenes in training and they have been very impressive from their attitude to the talent that they bring.
"Every one of them, in their own way, showed what they can do."
