James Perch says Newcastle United players are right behind teammate Massadio Haidara.
The left-back found himself unwittingly at the top of the football agenda last weekend after Callum McManaman's awful tackle at Wigan, but he now looks set to return for the Manchester City game.
Perch told The Journal: "I've seen Massadio briefly. We've all got his back and we're all looking out for him. No one wants to see their team-mate get injured - everyone wants the best outcome for him and we hope he gets back playing as soon as possible."
