Real Madrid defender Pepe is happy to hear of interest in Benfica midfielder Axel Witsel.

Real are eyeing the Belgian as an alternative to Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric.

"He's a great player who is doing well at Benfica, but this is a thing for the club. If he arrives he is welcome and if I'll wish him the best luck in the world," said Pepe.
