Departing Napoli goalkeeper Pepe Reina is excited to be joining AC Milan.

Reina is currently at the World Cup with Spain, but has already signed for the Rossoneri as a free agent after his Napoli contract ran down.

He will officially become a Milan player on July 1.

“I am very proud of my career so far, as it brought me to prestigious clubs like Barcelona, Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Napoli," Reina told reporters.

“Milan is an exciting challenge for me, because we are talking about an historic club. I'll use all my passion to bring Milan back where it belongs."
