New West Bromwich Albion boss Pepe Mel admits he's seeking an instant impact.
Mel makes his Premier League debut tonight against Everton.
He said: "Will fans see my mark on team in very first game? Yes. It's still very soon, but it is something that will be noticeable.
"Previously very good work has been done. It's not case of doing a better job or worse job, it's doing a different job.
"My vision for West Brom in a year from now is to see the club fighting for the places that give access to the Europa League."
