Stoke City winger Jermaine Pennant says its time they ended their European hangover hoodoo.

Undefeated on their European adventure, Stoke have been beaten in all four Premier League away games following group matches, conceding 14 goals.

Pennant admitted: "Our away record in general is not the best and something we need to rectify. We've spoken about the record, and it needs to change.

"Hopefully we can start a new month by taking something from Goodison.

"It's tough playing all the games, tiring on the body, but it's what we get paid for and all players enjoy matches. I'm no different."
