Jermaine Pennant has urged Portsmouth to hand Paul Hart the permanent management reigns.
The Fratton Park side are unbeaten since Hart and assistant Brian Kidd took over two weeks ago.
Pennant told BBC Radio Solent: "You can see the difference in the team, so why not keep him? If it is not broke, then do not fix it.
"Let it roll, if the players play for him, why not?"
