Penarol whizkid Kevin Mendez has welcomed interest from Barcelona.
The Uruguayan teen is regarded among the best young talents in the world.
"For any kid in the world it would be very nice. I would love this and it would be an honour for me," said Mendez when asked about the prospect of moving to Barca.
